Has your adopted child

Larry the Llama has a new book, “Larry the Llama Learns About Germs“
Your Child can learn about germs too – and have fun along the way!
Follow Larry the Llama, an energetic young llama who learns he’s adopted.
Eventually convinced his “real parents” would be nicer than his “adoptive parents”, Larry sets off on an exciting journey to find them, only to make a startling discovery! A must-read for every adopted child or grandchild.
Who is Larry the Llama?
Just a normal, good-natured, regular pre-teen llama. Although he’s a B student with a lot of friends, he’d rather play hide-and-seek than study, and he sometimes forgets to do his chores. But he’s a good llama and he has a good life…until…

A note from the author, Larry Heinkel: “There are many children’s books out there about how an adopted child is “special” and how they were “chosen” but not one from the angle of when the adopted child gets older. As adopted children age, they naturally wonder about their biological parents whom they may mistakenly refer to as their “real” parents. That’s what happened to me. My adopted son would sometimes act out or be disrespectful, thinking he doesn’t need to obey us because we weren’t his “real” parents. So this is a story about one such adoptee, a llama in this case, who experienced those normal feelings and how he made an exciting journey of enlightenment and discovery during which he learned just who his “real” parents are. I hope this is helpful with your relationship with your adopted child or grandchild.”
